With the latest manufacturing technology we at MAINCOR produce different types of pipes in various diameters and lengths for underfloor heating and cooling, plumbing and ventilation systems. In 2020 we have produced more than 190 Million Meters of pipes branded as MAINCOR as well as customized (OEM) pipes.
MAINCOR focuses on complete system solutions for a quick and easy installation, within the following sectors:

Our PE-RT pipes have 5-layers so that the oxygen barrier (EVOH) is protected by the outside layer. Furthermore are we also producing multilayer composite pipes made of PE-RT/AL/PE-RT.
Since no additives are needed for our PE-RT resin (unlike with PE-X or PVC) we at MAINCOR strongly believe that PE-RT is the best solution for any plastic pipe.
MAINPEX
The MAINPEX sliding sleeve connection is an insoluble, permanently impermeable and DVGW tested compound for which no additional seals or sealants are required. Thanks to the widening technology, the pressure loss and the flow rate in the molded components remain very low. The sliding sleeve technology provides an uncomplicated, simple and safe processing thanks to its double profile and recess.
MAINPRESS
The MAINPRESS multilayer pipe system is an inseparable connection which is permanently tight and a certified connection for heating and sanitary installations.
